微胚乳玉米籽粒发育期间非胚部位(胚乳)中的腺苷二磷酸- 葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶活性变化

摘 要:

检测微胚乳玉米非胚部位(胚乳)中腺苷二磷酸 - 葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶(ADPG-PPase)的活性结果表明: 微胚乳玉米的非 胚部位(胚乳)中 ADPG-PPase 活性在授粉后 21~28 d 达到峰值, 而对照的玉米品种 ‘ 高油 115’ 的 ADPG-PPase 活性在授粉 后 14~21 d 达到峰值, 滞后约 7 d。‘ 高油 115’ 非胚部位(胚乳)中 ADPG-PPase 活性最大值极显著高于微胚乳玉米, 其单粒 ADPG-PPase 活性最大值为微胚乳玉米的 2.2~3.6 倍, 其每克干重 ADPG-PPase 活性最大值则为微胚乳玉米的 2.4~3.8 倍。

Changes of ADP-Glucose Pyrophosphorylase Activity in the Non-Embryo (Endosperm) of Micro-Endosperm Maize (Zea mays L.) during Grain Development

Abstract:

The ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase (ADPG-PPase) activity in non-embryo (endosperm) of microendosperm maize (Zea mays) was measured. The results showed that: the ADPG-PPase activity in non-embryo (endosperm) of micro-endosperm maize reached to the maximum during 21–28 d after pollination. It was late for 7 d than control Z. mays cv. ‘Gaoyou 115’, which ADPG-PPase activity reached to the maximum during 14–21 d after pollination. The maximum ADPG-PPase activity in non-embryo (endosperm) of cv. ‘Gaoyou 115’was significantly higher than that in micro-endosperm maize, such as, the ADPG-PPase activity of cv. ‘Gaoyou 115’ in single kernel was 2.2–3.6 times higher than micro-endosperm maize, and the ADPG-PPase activity per gram dry weight of cv. ‘Gaoyou 115’ was 2.4–3.8 times higher than micro-endosperm maize.
